I went with a couple of crafty friends to Webs to hear and see Brenda Dayne speak on Memory and Knitting last night. It was a really interesting talk that all three of us enjoyed. Too bad I forgot to take pictures.
And of course, since we were at Webs, I did a little stash enhancement.
A ball of zauberball sock yarn as an early birthday present to myself:
And 5 balls of some on-sale dark teal tweedy yarn for my winter nephew sweaters. It is pictured below with the other two colors of yarn I have leftover from other sweaters...my over-purchasing finally comes in handy as I can use the leftovers from several other sweaters for a whole baby sweater!!
Pictured from the top, clockwise, Teal = Eric, Green = Kevin, Light Blue = Gavin. I think my plan is to see if I can make a central park hoodie style baby sweater for all 3 of them. I wonder if it would count toward my CPH total (bringing me up to 9 total)?
