We changed our Farm Share Pick up day to Tuesday - so now you will get to see the farm share updates on Tuesday night/Wednesday morning!
Last week's most notable recipe for the farm share was shredded Kohlrabi and chopped swiss chard stems steamed with stewed tomatoes and kiebasa. Mmmm. Of course, we had lots of salads and sauteed greens, but that's not really a recipe to share.
Cilatro, Scallions, Garlic Chives, Beets, little Turnips, two heads of lettuce, and my MOST FAVORITE Narragansett Creamery cheese - Atwells Gold. It tastes like a cross between asiago and parmasean. Due to a mix up last week, we also got more yogurt, AND I finally got a chance to buy some farm fresh eggs. (They've been out the last two weeks.)

Fresh eggs are amazing - it's weird how different they taste! It all looks so good!!!!

Your cheese sounds lovely int he pick up. And yeah for getting your yogurt. I like farm fresh eggs best. Especially when you can get green ones.

YOu've reminded me that I really must pick the beetroot growing in the garden.
