Progress...
If you know me and my knitting habits, you are probably slightly shocked by the picture above. I am actually making progress on this shawl...this picture is two rows shy of three repeats...knit in laceweight yarn...on #4 needles.
If you don't know my general hatred of actually paying attention while knitting (hence my many socks), let me assure you that my progress on this shawl means I really really want it. I have been sitting at the dining room table working on it.
And if you are Melanie of Pink Lemon Twist (yeah right, lots of pattern designers anxiously await my blog posts)...you wrote an awesome pattern, and I love the way it is coming out.
And just so you have a couple more pictures...
Murph and I did some Cape Cod Hiking last weekend:

wow! that is coming along fast!!! i have to say, if I EVER decided to start to knit lace, that is the pattern I would knit. Looks like you had a nice hike!

Missed you dearly at knitting last night... really! You and the other Sarah need to warn me when you guys AND Jacob all aren't coming. You, me and Murph should go check out Lincoln Woods or other fun RI places...tootles!
